From 2nd September the Monday Evening Tranmere Yoga Class will change to start at 6:30pm. Thanks for everyone's feedback.

I am happy to announce that I am offering two additional Lindisfarne Sunday Session Sound Healing - SSSH on the 15th September and 13th October.

So looking forward to sharing this with you. Namaste, Elana I have decided to stop the Thursday 6:30pm Lauderdale class from now onwards due to low attendance. If I get enough interest I may restart it in the future.
The Monday 7:30pm Tranmere hall class will continue. As will Wednesday & Friday 9:30am Tranmere classes. All the Chair Yoga classes are going great. Hope to see you at another class or in the future. Namaste Elana |
