​Sorry I need to cancel all Yoga classes on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th December.
Therefore, the last classes for the year will be on Wednesday 11th December.
You are welcome to join the classes at Lauderdale and Tranmere on Monday 9th and Wednesday 11th.
Monday 9th - Chair Yoga at Lauderdale at 1pm and Yoga for Everyone at Tranmere 6:30pm.
Wednesday 11th - Tranmere - Yoga for Everyone 9:30am & Chair Yoga at 10:45am.
Classes will resume on Monday 13th January 2025.

At this stage the Mount Stuart Chair Class and Sunday Session Sound Healing will not be going ahead.   Hopefully in the future I will be able to offer some classes in this area.

​All Friday 5th July classes have been cancelled due to my headcold.
Sunday Session Sound Healing at Tranmere Hall on the 7th July will be rescheduled for 28th July.
Next week 8th July Monday - Lauderdale Chair Yoga at 1pm and Tranmere Yoga at 7:30pm class are still on.
Then I will be away, classes resume on Wednesday 17th July.
