Reiki - Energy Healing & Intuitive Healing
Reiki brings the body and mind into an even balance and works on all levels; the physical, spiritual, emotional and soul levels. I tune into my Intuition which helps guide me to places that need healing, releasing and balancing.
Reiki encourages self healing strengthens body and soul, opens blocks, balances chakras, rebuilds harmony and flows in unlimited quantity .
I practice Reiki with my hands touching or hovering above the body.
The customer can be fully clothed under a blanket or it can be included in your Releasing Massage.
Reiki is complementary, safe, energy healing therapy that promotes balance in mind, body and spirit. It is painless, non-invasive and does not interfere with any form of medical treatment.

Rejuvenating Facial and Revitalising Indian Head Massage - 60 minutes - $110
This facial combines a Luxury Spa Facial, Tsuboki Japanese Facial Massage, Swedish Face & Body Massage and Ayurvedic Facial Massage opening Marma (energy) points. This Rejuvenation Facial goes beyond just making your skin feel wonderful.
Using multi-award winning natural skincare formulations by Tasmanian Merindah Botanicals and from the Blue Mountains Paudha Healing Skincare. Both skincare ranges are specifically curated for sensitive skin.
The Rejuvenation Facial includes Essential Oils, Uplifting Cleanse, Clean & Balance Cleansing Oil. Using Fractionated Coconut Oil and Essential Oils to give your skin and hair a revitalising moisturising treatment.
The head, neck and face are massaged using techniques from traditional Indian Head Massage; Tsuboki Japanese Massage and Ayurvedic points designed to stimulate the flow of blood, lymph, oxygen and energy. This massage is great for relieving stress and tension.

In this treatment I will listen to your needs and my intuition and work with you to help heal and release.

Releasing Massage Therapy
I am a qualified Sports and Swedish Masseuse and have been massaging for over 20 years.
During this time I have developed my skills to be able to tailor my massage treatment to
my customers needs and expectations.
This can be a relaxing massage to help nurture and calm both the body and mind; or a treatment massage (remedial massage) which will work with the body to help it to recover and rehabilitate from un-ease or injuries.
The best massage is to combine both of these types so that you can leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
My knowledge of yoga enables me to give you stretches and after treatment plans
to improve your well-being.
The benefits of massage include:
