***I have decided to stop the Thursday 6:30pm Lauderdale class from now onwards due to low attendance. If I get enough interest I may restart it in the future. The Monday 7:30pm Tranmere hall class will continue. As will Wednesday & Friday 9:30am Tranmere classes. All the Chair Yoga classes are going great. Hope to see you at another class or in the future. Chair Yoga Classes Chair Yoga will focus on improving your flexibility, balance, circulation, range of movement, fitness, breath and strength. The class will include pranayama = breath control & breath work; reconnecting to the body and yoga nidra = guided relaxation. Some people may hesitate due to the word 'Yoga'. Yoga just means Union. The unity between movement and breath. We move whilst breathing in and out. Due to age / chronic illness / pain / stress / anxiety we sometimes breathe shallow and it is really healing to breathe deeply. Breathwork is so good for you. The movement we do is a bonus. It is gentle and will just make you feel better.
This yoga class is great for people who find it a challenge to get down to the floor; have joint issues or are recovering from illness or injury.

Yoga for Everyone This class caters for all ages and abilities. Gentle enough for the beginner and adaptable for the more experienced. My classes are friendly, inclusive and supportive which is great for beginners. Pregnant Ladies are welcome to attend any of my classes. I will adapt the class to accommodate and keep safe the growing babe. Designed for people with stiff muscles and joints. Focusing on improving range of movement; flexibility; strengthening bones and muscles; balancing and breathing. Classes include yoga nidra - guided relaxation.
Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:30am - 10:30am Monday evenings at 6:30pm - 7:30pm *New time* are held at the Tranmere Hall, 27 Tranmere Rd. On the corner of Tranmere Rd and Corinth St.
$15 for casual 1 hr class, $65 for a 5 class pass or $60 for 5 class concession pass

Breathe - Relax - Reconnect Pranayama - Yoga Nidra - Meditation We will focus on our Breathing with various Pranayama – breath and energy control. Yoga Nidra - is a state of deep relaxation induced by a guided meditation. An opportunity to allow your nervous system to calm. A space to be gently held in timelessness and deep nurturing rest. Meditation – is when you guide and encourage your mind to focus on something calming and soothing which can give you a sense of peace, clarity and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. $10 per class – please bring your own blankets, pillows and yoga mats.
Flow and Let Go A Vinyasa Flow class for 30 minutes followed by a Yoga Nidra guided relaxation and meditation class for 30 minutes. You can choose to attend either class or even better both. The Yoga Nidra can be done on a chair, if getting to the floor is a challenge.
Pumped Up Yoga with Weights this hybrid yoga, cardio, and weights workout to get lean and toned. Combining fast-paced movements with the added resistance of weights gives poses much more muscle-carving and calorie-burning power.
Yoga Fresh A great way to start your weekend. Feel stretched and invigorated and leave feeling blissfully relaxed. Everyone is welcome.
Yoga with Seedlings Focusing on the adult while the pre-school children play or participate. This class caters for all ages and abilities. No yoga experience is necessary. Great for all those parents that find it a challenge to get to a yoga class.
Yoga Flow Is a Vinyasa class = flowing from one pose to another. Perfect for runners, cyclists, sports people who would like to improve their performance. Improving the range of movement; strength and length of muscles and the recovery time. Available to everyone however does require a medium level of fitness and strength.
Yoga with Babes a class for new parents to practice yoga and baby massage. Lovely way to connect to your child; other new parents and re-connect to yourself.
YogaNuts Yoga for Children. Yoga builds both inner and outer strength, endurance and flexibility in a non-competitive environment. Your child will experience fun, playfulness and release of physical and mental tensions. They will learn about their bodies, emotions and enhance their balance, listening skills and concentration.
Yoga Blossoms a class for mums-to-be. Focusing on preparing the body for birth, dealing with the changing body and mind and the all important pranayama = controlling the breath. Pregnancy yoga class that celebrates and prepares you for this beautiful transformation of your life in a gentle and caring environment. Currently this class is not running, however I welcome all Pregnant ladies to my regular classes. I can adjust the class for you to be safe and appropriate during pregnancy. Stretch & Strength Class for Seniors - Yoga Oaks YogaOaks class is designed for people 40 to 140 yrs old who would like to improve their range of movement; strengthen their bones and muscles; and focus on balancing and breathing. Great for people who want to use their body weight and light weights to improve their strength and flexibility. Fantastic for seniors and people recovering from injuries and illness. Great social outing and way to meet new friends.
