Reconnection Circle

This is an offering to gather people together in a healing Reconnection Circle.
I will guide you in Breathwork - Pranayama, Yoga, Guided Relaxation - Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Chanting, Drumming, Dancing, Sharing & Energy Healing.
Healing Reconnection circle enables us to step out of ordinary time into a safe and accepting environment in which each of us can explore our own healing. With open hearts, we access our own inner guidance to understand where the greatest healing—in body, emotions, mind, and spirit—can occur.
This is a safe inclusive environment. You will have the option of using yoga mats, bolsters and chairs.
I will have some drums and other percussion instruments, please bring along your own if you have any.
The Reconnection Circle will be flow into the Lift Your Spirits Dance. You are welcome to attend either or preferably both events.
Reconnection Circle is from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.
Followed by Lift Your Spirits Dance from 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Dancing lifts our spirits, releases stress and grounds you.
Dance in an inclusive, supportive, free environment.
Lights are off except for speaker lights.
Wear whatever you want and dance however you want.

Lift Your Spirits Dance is $15
