The Cambridge classes will be moving to Lauderdale Hall, 528A South Arm Rd from the 6th May.
New Chair Yoga Class at 1pm on Mondays starting on 6th May. New Yoga for Everyone class at 6:30pm on Thursdays starting on 9th May. Looking forward to offering my classes to the Lauderdale area.
