New location for the Lift Your Spirits Dance is
Montagu Bay Primary School Hall 10 Conara Rd, Montagu Bay Just under the Tasman Bridge on the Eastern Shore First Thursday Night of each month at 7:30 – 8:30pm The Lift Your Spirits Dance is a great way to relieve stress, build your confidence, feel better about yourself and have freedom to express yourself in an inclusive supportive environment. Dance how you want to. Express the music with your movement. There is no right way or wrong way. There is just your way. Let yourself be Free.

The Breathe - Relax - Reconnect - Pranayama - Yoga Nidra - Meditation class is cancelled due to not enough interest. If you are interested in the class in future please let me know.

Plus a Yoga Calendar PDF for the next two weeks which I will keep refreshing. This will help everyone know what is on and where. Hope to see you soon. The Wednesday evening Breathe, Relax and Reconnect Class has moved from the Tranmere hall to my home at 1 Howley Court, Howrah.
It now starts at 7:30pm and goes to 8:00pm. Bookings are essential. The Lift Your Spirits Dance has been changed to the first Thursday of each month. Next Dance is on Thursday 3rd November and then Thursday 1st December. At this stage the dance will be held at The Lotus Centre upstairs in the Saffron Room, however I am hunting for a suitable venue on the Eastern Shore. I will keep you posted.
Gentle enough for the beginner and adaptable for the more experienced.
The hall is nice and warm. My classes cater for beginners in a friendly and supportive environment. Pregnant Ladies are welcome to attend any of my classes. I will adapt the class to accommodate and keep safe the growing babe. Designed for people with stiff muscles and joints. Focusing on improving range of movement; flexibility; strengthening bones and muscles; balancing and breathing.
