What is different from Lift Your Spirits Dance and going out to a nightclub to dance? Lift Your Spirits Dance LYSD - is totally inclusive of everyone. You don’t need to be young and fit. LYSD - you can dance like no one is watching because no one is! Everyone is too busy dancing! LYSD - no sore feet from high heels , you can wear comfy shoes or go bare feet LYSD - you can wear whatever you want, no need to get dressed up - but you if you want. LYSD - alcohol and drug free, you get your own natural high from dancing LYSD - affordable, it is only $10 and that’s it. LYSD - is a supportive, friendly and respectful environment. LYSD - encourages you to move how your body wants to move = no judgement. LYSD - makes you fall back in love with yourself and it feels fantastic Hope to see you at the Lift Your Spirits Dance on this Thursday at 7:30pm at Montagu Bay Primary School Hall

Dancing helps you release anything you need to release.
