Sometimes we need to give our brain time and space to sort through things.
Our brains are like libraries, our thoughts, feelings and experiences are like books. We need to close the doors of the library so that the books can be processed, sorted and filed away into the correct places. Just like the library we need to give ourselves time and space to process, sort and file away our thoughts, feelings and experiences into the correct places. If they are not processed etc. then they can be stored in our bodies causing unease, stress or pain. You can give your brain time and space by practicing yoga, meditation and yoga nidra.
