Breathing Tree Yoga Online Live Stream Yoga Classes

Starting from 6th April on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 9:00 to 10:15am I will teaching my yoga classes online due to the Coronavirus.   

If you would like additional classes such as  Chair Yoga or Yoga Nidra Relaxation Classes or Yoga Flow – any suggestions  – let me know.

If you are interested all you need to do is send me a private message with your current email address and I can send you an invite by email.

What you need is a computer or tablet that you can see me on – as I would be a bit small to watch on a phone.  Preferably one with a camera and microphone.  Most laptops and tablets have them.  This is so I can hear and see you too.  If you only want to see me then you don’t need them, and if you have them you can turn them off.
Classes will be offered online by ZOOM using a live camera. It just takes a few moments to download & familiarise yourself with ZOOM. You can sign up at www.zoom.us/signup

I am offering classes on a pay what you can afford option as I appreciate that a lot of people have limited funds at the moment.  I want everyone to be able to access my classes.  If you have paid for a 5 class pass and would like to use this – just let me know.  If you would like to do a bank transfer – I can let you know my bank details.  If  you would like me to keep a record of the classes you attend and you pay me when this is all over – that’s fine too. 

To attend class you will need to let me know at least 30 minutes before the class begins so I can send you an invite to the ZOOM ‘meeting’.  Once you have been invited once you can use this link to any further classes.

The session will ‘open’ 15 mins before the class begins. You just need to click the link to the ZOOM 'meeting' in your email.  You can chat to each other before the class starts.  When the class starts please set your microphone to 'mute' to minimise background noise and distractions.
