New Class at Bellerive and LYSD changes...

​Exciting News!
New Yoga for Everyone Class starting on Thursday 5th October at 6:45pm to 8pm at Bellerive - Industrie Performing Arts Studio, 62 Cambridge Street.
On the last Thursday of the month the yoga class will be swapped out for Lift Your Spirits Dance.
Please share and spread the word.

This means that the previous advertised Lift Your Spirit Dances will not be run.  So, no Friday night LYSD at Bellerive or Dodges Ferry.  The next LYSD will be on Thursday 28th September at Bellerive at 6:45pm to 8pm.
I hope to host a monthly LYSD at Dodges Ferry however I need to consult with the community to work out the best day and time.  So watch this space...
