Yoga Classes in the Festive Season

​Yoga Classes Information for the Festive season.
The last Lift Your Spirits dance for the year will be on Thursday 30th November at IPA studio, Bellerive at 6:45pm.
The last Lindisfarne Chair Yoga at Lindisfarne will be on Thursday 7th December, it will then move to Alma St.
The last Yoga for Everyone Thursday evening class will be on 7th December.
The Lindisfarne Chair yoga last class for this year will be held at Alma’s Activity Centre, 17 Alma St, Bellerive on Thursday 14th December at 1pm.
All my yoga classes finish up for the year on Friday 15th December.
Classes will resume on Monday 15th January 2024.
